The Binghamtonics are a co-ed acappella group from Binghamton University in Binghamton, New York. They were formed in 1987 and are a totally student run group. The group has an average of 13 members selected through an audition process held at several times during the year. Their near ten year history has created a large list of alumni members.

Hooked on Tonics Logo The 'Tonics perform at many concerts during the academic year. The songs they sing cover a large part of the musical spectrum. In one concert you may hear them sing a song by the Nylons, a popular professional acappella group, followed quickly by a parody of the Muppet Show theme song. Audiences love them for their energy, their funny skits, and of course their music.

Three Logo Over the ten years of the group's existence, they can list as their accomplishments many things. They have performed at other universities including concerts with the Columbia University Metrotones, Vassar College Devils, Penn State Pennharmonics, and George Washington University Troubadors. The 'Tonics have been a part of many charity events both on and off campus including an annual AIDS benefit concert held at Binghamton University. They recently competed in the Contemorary A Capella Society (CASA) competition - Mid-Atlantic Region.

Live At Cassadesus Logo The Binghamtonics have had the priviledge to produce four albums. Their first album Instruments Not Included was recorded by the '92-'93 Binghamtonics. Their second album, Hooked on 'Tonics was recorded by the '94-'95 Binghamtonics. Their third album Three was recorded and produced by the '97-'98 'Tonics and released at the 10th Anniversary Concert. Live At Cassadesus was released at the Fall '99 Tonics Concert.
